Are you a savvy, energetic and experienced Family Law Personal Assistant with a love of social media? If so, a great opportunity has arisen to join our small but rapidly growing Bayside Family Law firm - Family Law Life.
You will be working in a highly supportive and creative environment of women whose main aim is to #dodivorcedifferent. You must share our ethos and help us promote the concept of amicable divorce including through our various social media and marketing platforms.
The successful candidate will be supporting one of our partners but also working closely with the rest of our team. You must possess the following skills:
- All general administrative tasks required of a family law practice
- Assisting with incoming calls and client communication
- Liaising with clients and taking instructions
- Drafting general correspondence
- Preparing settlement and court related documents (including filing via court portal)
- General diary management
- Liaising with and collating and preparing Briefs to Counsel
- General billing procedures
- Assisting with managing our marketing and social media forums and being actively involved in creative writing
