This is a fantastic and rewarding career opportunity for a talented, Associate level, Construction Lawyer to join a highly regarded, National law law firm who act for wide-ranging blue-chip clients. 

In this role you will enjoy a varied file-load across landmark construction & projects/developments, mainly front-end, with the opportunity for back end work arising from construction & development, subdivisions & off the plan projects, PPP's etc. With ready access to approachable Partners, you will be a pivotal member of this team  - it's very much a 'hands on' role with direct client contact, a good level of autonomy in management of files and you should also enjoy participating in business development activities and playing a 'mentoring' role to others within this fast-paced, dynamic & experienced Property group!

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Solid (min. 3 years p.q.e.) in Property/Projects/Construction law team of a mid or top tier firm 
• Highly developed, effective communication skills for client liaison & to get the best out of the team
• Be a 'self-starter' with an approachable manner/able to assist/direct others in a team environment
• Experienced in business development & networking activities;
• Be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
