Projects team

This firm’s Projects team advise on all key aspects of major infrastructure projects. With considerable experience in projects and project finance, they have the skills, wealth of resources and geographic coverage to assist clients in delivering small-scale to large, highly complex matters.
  
The blue-chip client base includes major constructors and infrastructure providers, sponsors, equity investors, financiers, supply chain participants, and stakeholders across the board.

Position Description

Due to a strong and diverse pipeline of upcoming work, the 3 national offices of this leading firm are now looking for talented front-end lawyers at the mid-level to join their growing team. 

You can expect exposure to a range of project areas, including:

• major projects (including PPPs);
• construction and operation contracts;
• public procurement; and
• cross-border projects and transactions.  

This is a superb opportunity to work with a highly rated international Projects team and be exposed to some of the most high profile and sophisticated transactions throughout Australia & Asia-Pacific.

Requirements

You will be a Front-end Construction or Projects lawyer with at least 3 years' experience from a notable law firm (or in-house legal team).

Lawyers with significant experience in Project Finance, Banking & Finance or Construction Disputes will also be considered for these opportunities.

In addition, successful candidates will have: 

• a strong academic transcript;
• excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with legal and other professionals and clients as necessary; and 
• ambition with a desire to excel your career, working collaboratively across a national practice group.
