Position Description 

This role will see you working across a number of pre-eminent partners in the Melbourne Corporate team, with the opportunity to support a number of the other corporate partners in the national group from time to time. 

The work will include corporate M&A, corporate advisory, commercial, capital raisings, equity investments, takeovers, foreign investment and corporate structuring matters. Given this firm's international reach, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest deals in the market. 
  
Requirements 

You will be a lawyer with 3 to 6 years' experience in corporate transactions, ideally with experience in mergers & acquisitions.
  
In addition, you will:

• have excellent drafting skills
• have the ability to build and foster strong client relationships
• have a keen interest in business development and marketing
• be adaptable and flexible.
