This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and talented Employment Lawyer to join the city office of a long-standing and highly regarded Law Firm, with several locations throughout Victoria.
 
Primarily you'll be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to a variety of Employment law matters eg. Contracts, Disputes, Unfair Dismissal, reviewing offers of employment, contract/award breaches, disciplinary matters and more for employer/employee clientele from a range of industries.
  
Some of your responsibilities will include:-  

• managing clients/matters from start to finish;
• liaison with clients and other professionals/stakeholders; 
• review/preparation & drafting of associated legal documents, agreements, advice and correspondence etc.

Our client is seeking an experienced & passionate Employment Lawyer with the following attributes:-

• Min. 3 years Employment law experience;
• A self-starter with a friendly, pro-active team approach;
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client service focus;
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise to manage competing priorities & timelines.
