Junior Legal Secretary

Supporting a Senior Secretary and Special Counsel, your duties include online searches, preparation of documents, dealing with clients, amendment of documents and correspondence, reception relief, lots of filing, diary management, and general secretarial duties as required. You will be working in the Commercial Property department.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year Legal Secretarial experience, together with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills. Commercial Property Legal Secretarial experience is preferred but not essential.

Our client is a leading mid tier CBD based law firm with 35 staff. Salary between $40,000 - $45,000 + super, dependent upon experience.
