This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Property Law Secretary to join this highly regarded and long-standing CBD Law Firm.

It's all about you...
  
Supporting a Practice Group Leader and 2 Fee Earners, all described as being "great to work with" no two days will be the same. You’ll enjoy being involved in varied high end commercial property, building & construction and leasing matters as well as assisting with conveyancing files.
 
You will need to use your initiative on a daily basis as you assume responsibility for: 

• diary management and coordinating meetings
• preparation of legal documents and general correspondence
• assisting with Conveyancing files
• amending and formatting lengthy documents
• email and file management
• monthly billing and expenses
• extensive internal and external client liaison
• filing and general administrative duties as required 

Skills and experience we'd love... 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in property law together with: 

• excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• top organisational skills 
• advanced MS Office skills and experience with track changes and formatting lengthy documents
• strong attention to detail
• a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active team attitude
