Baybridge Lawyers has a unique opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, proactive team player who will fit into the Baybridge culture and who shares our passion for delivering high quality legal service.
Duties will include:
- File, diary and document management
- Drafting and preparation of legal documentation
- Client communication and management
- Preparing court documents including briefs to Counsel
- Providing administrative support to Partners and fee earners
- Inputting and maintaining client data in our database (Lawmaster)
- General administrative duties
- Opening and closing electronic and physical files
Essential skills required:
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Extremely proactive
- Excellent time management skills and proactive approach
- Pride in your work and who you work for
