IP Gateway Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys is a boutique intellectual property practice on the south side of Brisbane. Our practice concentrates on patents, trade marks and designs.
IP Gateway has been ranked by MIP (Managing Intellectual Property) as one of the top firms in Australia since 2010 for both patents and trade marks. In addition, a member of our firm has recently been recognised as an IP Star for patents in Australia in the survey conducted by Managing Intellectual Property.
IP Gateway has grown strongly over the last two years and as a result we have opportunities for additional patent attorneys at our firm.
The Position
We are looking for two registered Australian patent attorneys with at least three years post-registration experience.
Ideally, the successful candidates will have an engineering, IT, or physics degree. However, other technical qualifications, including life sciences, will also be considered particularly if the attorney works in a broader range of technologies.
Some experience in trade marks will be useful but is not required.
