The Role

The firm is currently seeking an experienced corporate M&A lawyer to work as part of a high performing and dynamic team. This role will see you work on major ECM transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Skills and Experience

You will have between 2 and 8 years post admission experience gained in a top tier or national law firm, with strong client facing ability and a passion for working on major corporate transactions.
