Nicholas O'Donohue & Co is a full-service commercial law firm based in Melbourne CBD with offerings in commercial, property, litigation, and wills/estates law.  We have a strong reputation as a boutique law firm that has been involved in a number of landmark Australian legal cases across varying areas of law.

An excellent opportunity now exists for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our close knit team.

We are looking for a motivated and team orientated lawyer, who has a passion for commercial law and enjoys working in a supportive and hardworking team.

We will provide you with the opportunity to grow in a collaborative and friendly team environment where you will be encouraged to develop your commercial business skills.

Working alongside well-respected partners, to be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a strong understanding and genuine interest in commercial law
• Be committed to providing clients with commercially sound, reliable, and timely advice;
• Have excellent research, drafting and communication skills and a solid academic record.

You will be a solicitor with at least 2 years' proven experience in commercial law. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
