The Opportunity

A rare and exciting opportunity now exists for a talented commercial litigation lawyer, with approximately 5 - 7 years' PAE to join this dynamic, professional and friendly team as an Associate or Senior Associate depending on experience.

As a valued member of this high performing team, you will enjoy working with leading partners and senior lawyers on an enviable range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters for premium corporate and public sector clients. Expect to be heavily involved in in complex litigation in State Supreme Courts and the Federal Court involving both Senior and Junior Counsel.

Experience in disputes in company law, insolvency, taxation or building and
construction industry matters will be an advantage but is not essential.
