Client Details
Our client, a major Australian law firm with a successful Workplace Relations practice is seeking an accomplished senior associate with 5-8 years PQE.
Description
Working with approachable partners, you will act for high profile clients across various industries including energy & resources, IT, transport, construction, government, manufacturing and financial services. You can expect to work on a wide range of matters including industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, termination of employment, discrimination and dispute resolution as well as advising companies about ER/IR strategy, compliance and policies.
Profile
With 5-8 years PQE specialising in employment law, you are commercially focused, have strong drafting skills and enjoy working as part of a friendly team environment. You enjoy mentoring more junior lawyers and developing strong client relationships.
