Boeing Defence Australia is now recruiting for the position of Contracts Administrator located at RAAF Base Amberley.
The C-17 Contracts Administrator will assist in providing advice to C-17 project management and staff on contractual matters on existing contracts and new commercial business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the preparation, coordination and submission of contract change proposals for assigned C-17 contracts
- Assist with the provision of contracts advice on a wide range of contractual issues such as intellectual property, warranties and defects
- Drafting and review of contractual correspondence
- Assist with implementation of contract process improvements across C-17 contracts
- Liaise with and support C-17 management as necessary for resolution of contract issues as required.
- Liaise with external customers as necessary for the execution of duties and resolution of contract issues.
To be successful you will have:
- Relevant contracts administration experience.
- Have excellent written and oral skills.
- Have highly developed administrative skills.
- Qualification or certificate in Law or a related business discipline is also desirable
- Experience in ASDEFCON contracting would be highly regarded
