We are offering an opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer, who takes pride in their work and client relationships, to join our collegiate team.

Our commercial lawyers work directly with a variety of corporate and private clients including small to medium enterprises, family businesses, accountants, financial planners and property clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years PAE in commercial law
- Excellent client engagement, client management and communication skills
- Strong corporate and general commercial law skills including trusts, restructuring and business settlements
- Sound commercial judgement with a practical approach
- Strong work ethic and "can do" attitude
- Efficient work practices including attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good technology skills including MS Office products.
Knowledge of the latest developments with PPSR, Unfair Terms, consumer law and franchising is desirable.
