About the business and the role
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a boutique law firm located on Brisbane's Northside. The practice is well-established with a reputation for excellence in the fields of Commercial, Property and Estate Law.
Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you shall be managing conveyancing files of various types and retirement village leases, and lead a small, friendly but highly effective conveyancing team with overview of the Principal. Potential scope exists for candidate to expand their experience in Business Contracts, Commercial Leases, Wills and Estates - with potential partnership opportunity.
Skills and experience
It is essential that the successful candidate has admission as a Solicitor in Queensland, holds a Practicing Certificate, has exception time management and organisation skills, excellent communication and client management skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a high quality of work and the ability to hit the ground running.
Preference given to candidates with 3-5 years experience in Property/Conveyancing Law. Candidates with 'e-Conveyancing' and 'Leap Software' experience is preferred but not essential.
