We are a leading Townsville Legal Practice providing tailored and high quality legal services to a range of private and corporate clients. We seek to provide a personal yet commercial approach to each engagement with our clients.
To further facilitate our growth, we are now seeking a self-motivated lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-5 years' experience in either property or commercial roles. In addition to technical expertise, there should be a genuine desire to work with a close knit team in a busy but friendly work environment. Working within the Commercial Law Division of the practice, you should possess the following skills:-
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail;
- Good sense of commerciality and analytical skills;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong work ethic with a caring and professional attitude to clients and team members.
Experience in areas of leasing, commercial property transactions or business transactions will be preferable.
