About the role
The Position
The work you will undertake includes drafting Sale of Business Contracts, acting for purchasers in business transactions, drafting commercial lease of real estate and acting for tenants in Commercial Leases. You will be required to take instructions in relation to Commercial leases from both Landlords and Tenants and provide advice on same. You will be drafting Commercial Agreements and initiating VCAT and Court process. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Principal of the firm and play a key role in the delivery of legal services to our clients.

Skills and experience
