YOUR ROLE

• sales/disposals (conveyancing)
• leases;
• developments/subdivisions;
• construction/joint venture agreements/options;
• finance/tax issues;
• strata/company/community title;
• local government/environmental/planning issues.

WHO YOU ARE

• have 3+ years’ experience as a property lawyer and can manage your own files;
• have strong academics;
• have strong technical legal, research, drafting skills;
• have outstanding communication+ client management skills;
• are practical, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented;
