It's all about you...
If you're a talented lawyer with 2-4 years PAE experience and a genuine passion for Property law (with some exp. & open to undertake/grow Wills & Estates skills), then look no further!
 
In this role you will work closely with an LIV Accredited Specialist Partner and Senior Associate for guidance, together with other colleagues across the firm you will enjoy an appropriate level of autonomy and direct client contact, with the support of excellent resources, including experienced legal assistants.  In this role you will gain further exposure to a wide range of property matters including: conveyancing (residential and some commercial) using the PEXA platform, off the plan developments, leasing, property acquisitions and disposals as well as probate, wills & estates matters including asset protection, trusts, superannuation/SMSF matters.

Your responsibilities will include eg.:-
• provision of pragmatic legal advice and representation incl. drafting of documents eg. sale/purchase, loan agreements, stamp duty exemptions, applications, plans of subdivision, wills & powers of attorney, trustee structures and associated correspondence;
• extensive liaison with clients; 
• practice/time management to provide prompt turnaround times and high quality, plain English written & verbal advices;
• supervision of direct reports (Conveyancing Clerk & Legal Assistant).

Skills and experience we'd love...
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have previous experience in a similar role. Please note property experience is essential however our client is happy to provide further training and mentoring in Wills/Estates Planning matters.    

You will also have:-  

• excellent communication/client management skills, a pragmatic & outcome focussed approach;
• strong drive, enthusiasm, integrity and commercial awareness;
• well developed drafting & research skills;
• ability to work autonomously, proactively & efficiently to manage often completing time frames.
