About our client  

Our client is a large Sydney firm who are experiencing an exciting time of expansion. This firm has a good structure for supporting their employees and investing in their development. About the role
 
This role will involve working on a wide range of commercial property matters. This role will involve;

• Property acquisition
• Property Due Diligence
• Commercial/Retail Leasing
• Contract negotiation
• Organising workshops

This role will include being highly involved in client relationships and maintaining the strong network this Partner has built over many years.

This is a real opportunity for a Property lawyer with ambition to join a firm and set the foundations for a long and lucrative career with recognisable clients.

There is already a considerable caseload, so applicants must be prepared to hit the ground running and exhibit a work ethic to match the firm's values and expectations.


Ideally applicants will possess:

• At least 4 years PQE in the full spectrum of Commercial Property matters
• Good communication skills and willingness to carry out a high level of client contact
• The ability to work efficiently individually and as a part of a team
