THE FIRM
Establishing their Boutique business in 2009, our client is rapidly growing with moving from the suburbs to hip city location within the first 18 months.  Feeling the industry required new approaches in response to advances in technology, they married the two together to provide online consumers with a conveyancing service focused on convenience and accessibility. 
    
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client is now seeking a highly competent conveyancer to join their rapidly growing team, to run files from start to finish autonomously!  They are continually growing and now expanding into the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. 

ABOUT THE FIRM:
The opportunity to join a rapidly growing team located in the hub of Melbourne. This position has the prestige of a corporate office without all the stuffiness!  They have a open door policy with casual Fridays, monthly meetings to catch up on all you missed out on, fruit boxes and a refurbished open plan office. 
   
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the existing team both mentoring and supervising whilst running your own files autonomously
• Across primarily residential files
• Managing files from start to finish
• Liaising with clients 
• Booking and attending settlement

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Sound LEAP skills
• PEXA would be an advantage
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong Computer skills
• Humble in level of confidence
• Team player
• Embrace conveyancing technology    

You will have at least 10+ years' current experience in a similar role. You will also have strong attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, be confident and have the ability to work within a busy "paperless' environment.
