businessDEPOT Legal is a fast growing firm located in the James Street, Fortitude Valley precinct seeking a confident and capable lawyer with 3 years PAE.
A practical background in commercial law is required, as you will be joining a team which has a predominant focus on:-
- Commercial business transactions including acquisitions, sales and commercial leasing;
- Business and corporate structuring;
- Trusts;
- Intellectual Property;
- Franchising; and
- Commercial Agreements including Shareholder Agreements, Loan Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Partnership Agreements.
You will be exposed to various commercial matters in a variety of industries. We are a part of a unique and modern establishment which collaborates the areas of law, accounting, marketing and broking into a single business model offering its clients the essential service lines to build and run a successful business.
We also have an Estate Planning Team specialising in succession planning, trusts, wills and estates which you would have the option to work with and gain further experience in.
Requirements
- 3 Years PAE;
- Experience in general commercial law, business transactions and commercial leasing; and
- Experience in franchising desired, but not essential.
