The firm

Our client is a Mid Tier firm seeking a stellar Lawyer to join the litigation practice. As a valued member of a high performing team, you will enjoy working with an impressive team of litigators on an enviable range of disputes.

You will have exposure to a diverse range of general and commercial litigation files allowing you to continue developing your technical and advocacy skills.

The Litigation Team

We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic 4-6 year Lawyer to join our growing Litigation group.

Reporting into an industry leading Partner you will work on a variety of litigation matters with particular emphasis on personal injury claims made against Church and educational institutions.

In addition, you will possess:

solid experience in dispute resolution, insurance notifications and claims;
- experience in providing advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, litigation compliant evidence, subrogation, remedies and damages;
- sound knowledge of occupier and public liability claims and negligence claims;
- experience handling educational or workplace environment claims including personal injury, discipline, bullying, slip and fall cases, employment disputes and discrimination;
exceptional client service with the ability to access risk and deliver innovative legal solutions;
commercial acumen with the ability to effectively apply the law to the matter on hand;
accuracy and high attention to detail;
excellent communication and organisational skills;
optimistic with an openness to embedding themselves in the culture of the firm;
a "can do" attitude;
a strong work ethic.
