Our client is a national law firm based in the Adelaide CBD. They currently have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced legal secretary or law clerk to join their property team in a 6 month contract capacity.
Your day will be varied, and will include, but not be limited to:

file management;
-
typing of correspondence;
-
editing and sending correspondence;
-
client liaison, and taking 'phone messages, when necessary;

relief reception;
-
diary management;
-
bill preparation;
-
photocopying, filing & scanning;
-
other administrative duties, as and when required.
It is essential that you be able to demonstrate an excellent eye-for-detail, in addition to having the ability to juggle conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment. You will also have sound typing abilities, combined with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
