The role
 
We are seeking a lawyer with 2-4 years post admission experience to join our growing Corporate and Commercial Team in Melbourne.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone keen to maintain a varied practice. The role will see you working with a number of partners in the Corporate & Commercial group on a range of matters including:

• Debt financing
• Private Credit and Debt investing
• Private M&A
• Equity Capital Markets
• General Commercial

Your skills and experience

• you will have a sound knowledge of corporate and commercial law ideally including a number of the above
• you will possess excellent drafting, analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
• you will have a strong desire to work as a member of a team whilst servicing client needs and developing business

As a key member of the Corporate and Commercial Team you will have the opportunity to: 

• develop and foster client relationships
• work on a range of corporate and debt financing matters for clients across a variety of industry sectors
