Australia's most prominent Intellectual Property firm are looking for a junior level Trade Marks Administrator to join their Administrative Operations Team. This role will see the successful applicant supporting the Trade Marks Team in delivering exceptional service to their clients.
The Melbourne branch of this national firm are looking for a bright and enthusiastic junior administrative who has Intellectual Property experience. The role as Trade Marks Administrator will see you being responsible for:
- Processing mail to and from local and overseas contacts;
- Data entry and data management using specialist Inprotec system;
- Managing strict deadlines;
- Preparing and reporting Local and Overseas Notices of Acceptance;
- Processing filing receipts;
- Preparing associated letters and documents;
- Creating new files for new Trade Mark cases; and
- Providing general assistance to the Trade Mark Team.
In order to be considered for this niche position, your CV will need to demonstrate at least one years' experience within a LEGAL environment, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional time management. You need strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills. Knowledge of the processes involved with Trade Marks and experience using Inprotech and document management systems will set you ahead of the rest.
