• Gain insight into the highest levels of government decision making and policy application and change 
• Align with a key influencer in administrative, immigration, refugee laws and government litigation
• This will intersect with a raft of Federal Australian Government departments and regulatory agencies, giving you a detailed network and framework knlowledge
• Also active with major banks, accounting firms to assist in straetegic initiative to facilitate inflow of investments into Australia
• Dispute resolution and investigation processes will include  public inquiries, judicial review, tribunal processes and statutory appeals
• Partner is a strong influencer in skilled migration, labour agreements and investment linked visas
• This is the opportunity to be at the coal face with one of Australia's leading immigration partners and Australian advocate to international organisations, multilateral development institutes and regional treaty organisations.

Criteria

• Minimum of two years post admission experience with a reputable firm
• This role is open to those with public and private sector expereience 
• LLB with strong academics
