A top ASX-listed company in the financial services sector, our client prides itself on fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and is seeking an enthusiastic senior lawyer to join its legal team.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be exposed to a large variety of work in a collegiate and fast-paced environment. You will ideally have financial services experience within a regulated environment as well as exposure to general commercial matters including strong contractual drafting and negotiation skills. Demonstrated exposure to commercial agreements; regulatory, licensing and compliance; and risk management (specifically in relation to legislative and regulatory developments) is desirable.

Candidates from reputable firms or corporate organisations who have a practical approach to legal advice will be successful in this role.
