Our client is a leading international law firm with a cutting edge corporate practice. They are seeking a talented associate and senior associate to join their team.
Joining a large team of lawyers, senior lawyers and managers, you will work on top quality matters with national and international clients across a broad range of industries.
Responsibilities of the role may include:
- Working on high quality matters including M&Atransactions, capital raisings, corporate restructures, regulatory projects and other matters
- Supervising, mentoring and reviewing the work of graduates and junior lawyers
- Assisting with client proposals, pitches and business development
- Drafting and reviewing internal processes and manuals
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law from a reputable law firm, you will have well developed skills in drafting, negotiating and project management.
You must have an unrestricted practicing certificate to be considered for this role.
