Makinson d'Apice has a proud history of pro bono work. We are currently seeking a part-time solicitor with 2-4 years post admission experience, to assist in the management and growth of our pro bono practice. The successful applicant will be well-informed, articulate and passionate about pro bono work.   
  
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  

• At least 2 years post admission experience in relevant areas of law, with the ability to conduct some of our pro bono matters. Experience in employment law an advantage.
• A demonstrated commitment to the delivery of pro bono legal services.
• Strong organisational skills.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with pro bono clients and community organisations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all practice groups in the firm.
• A "can-do" attitude, a strong work ethic and an enthusiasm for participating in the culture of our firm.
