Headquartered in Sydney and employing over 60 personnel, Fullerton Corporate Services has been providing value-added services to insurers, underwriting agencies, cover holders, brokers and self-insured corporations for over 20 years.

We are seeking a Group Insurance Specialist for a full-time position to provide technical support and quality control for reviews, underwriting and claims within the Group Risk Administration team. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor adherence to quality processes and practices (incorporating peer review)
  • Participate in QA initiatives throughout the company
  • Provide effective and timely reporting to internal and external parties
  • Develop and implement improvement processes
  • Develop and maintain a process manual recording current practices
  • Contribute to the development of the junior administrators by providing technical support
  • Demonstrate our values in all interactions with clients and staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Group Insurance
  • Exposure to Group Insurance product design, pricing and administration
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Flexible and receptive to change
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to use initiative / be pro-active
  • Demonstrated problem solving and resolution skills
  • Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
  • RG 146 accreditation (desirable)
