Utilise your Superannuation expertise to assist this funds members in general enquiries and administration ensuring that their experience with the fund is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

Take inbound calls from Superannuation members and give factual advice with regards to their super accounts held with the funds
As well as this you will also be responsible for making the outbound welcome calls to new members of the fund welcoming .
Carry out administration tasks such as processing contributions, processing applications and any correspondence that needs to be answered.

Skills required to be successful

At least 1 years experience in a similar role
RG146 is desirable
You will have an excellent telephone manner and presentation skills to match
Have an excellent grasp of the superannuation industry
