Our clients are well known players in the Life Insurance Industry and are look for the right person to manage a reduced portfolio of claims while gaining invaluable experience in the Group side of the Industry.

You will:

• Conduct high quality, accurate and timely claims assessments and file reviews
• Provide claims strategies for all products
• Coach, mentor and train team members
• Proactively manage and make recommendations around processes
• Manage a smaller portfolio of claims

What we need from you:

• Extensive experience in the Group OR Retail space, across all products ideally
• Sound decision making skills and outstanding medical and financial assessment skills
• Appropriate judgement on complex and high value cases
• File review and coaching experience
• Allied health or legal backgrounds will be highly regarded
