THE ROLE

• Account manager level role where you will service and develop relationships with strata managers and strata committees
• You will be responsible for  retaining and growing your portfolio
• Client facing role where you will be providing advice and strategically pursuing  new business opportunities with strata managers
• Review, formulate and implement business development strategies to  ensure growth of your book
• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients making sure their needs are identified and met
• Be supported by a  team of junior  staff who will process your renewals & endorsements and handle associated general administration requirements

• Strong general insurance relationship management background  Previous broking or strata experience is not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication and great negotiation skills
