We don’t just pay claims, we help our customers restore their quality of life and health, and we’ve invested more than $40M to do this. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

You demonstrate a great work ethic and resilience and enjoy making a difference to others. You have the ability to make sound decisions based on logic and analysis, and are a confident communicator with the capability to build genuine relationships.

YOUR ROLE MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO OUR CLIENTS AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Managing Lump Sum claims from initial assessment through to claim closure
  • Completing Claims within Delegated Authority in a timely manner
  • Contribute to collaboration and best practice within MLC Life Insurance claims
  • Support our customers during their time of need with empathy and respect,
