About the opportunity
The key purpose of this role is to provide a consistent, high quality Property Loss Adjusting service that is considered the best in the market by providing a positive claims experience for the policy holder, controlling claims cost, eliminating leakage and maximising the efficiency of the claims process for all parties.
The Internal Property Loss Adjuster will be responsible for;
- Ensuring critical factors of the adjustment are managed in line with agreed process.
- Manage external providers in line with key deliverables.
- Review files and reports as required.
- Manage claims efficiently in accordance with average duration targets.
- Ensure that key service levels are met.

About you
To be successful you will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience working as a Property Loss Adjuster or Property Claims
- AICLA or ANZIIF qualification is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High level negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as part of a national team.
