About our client:
We are working on a number of roles within the General Insurance space for a dynamic, progressive and innovative insurer, located within the Sydney CBD who also have offices in Western Sydney. We are looking for Motor/Property Claims Consultants who ‘Think’ outside the ‘Insurance’ box who want to be part of an innovative and new partnership in the General Insurance space. We are looking for Motor/Property Claims Consultants who have a minimum of two years experience within the industry. Recoveries and Settlements Consultant experience will also be considered.
What are your responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Managing Motor/Property Claims from lodgement to finalisation
- Developing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (Repairers and Assessors)
- Guiding customers through the claims process and providing support
- Driving service outcomes for external customers
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work as a ‘team player’ and provide support in a dynamic team environment.
- All general adhoc claims management duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Adhering to KPI's and SLA arrangements.
- Experience dealing with high-end clients (highly desirable but not essential)
