THE COMPANY
Fantastic opportunity exists for experienced, motivated and proactive Product Manager specialising in superannuation and life insurance to work for a highly successful and renowned Brand.

ROLE
Working closely with the National Manager, the Senior Product Manager is specifically involved in maximising the current portfolio revenue, margins and flows, meeting business risk and compliance targets and working with internal and external stakeholders to set the portfolio strategy.
You will be responsible for:

• Producing and implementing product strategy and processes through working closely with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate and evaluate new product initiatives and changes within the industry
• Monitor competitors and legislative changes as well as the delivery of all disclosure materials.
• Responsible for the completion of product specifications, ensuring alignment of all business requirements to the product specifications, drafting of offer documents and related material, providing input to the product operations and ebusiness development and similar product development activities to support the Wealth product strategy

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience in the superannuation industry with at least 5+ years in a product management capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of superannuation regulatory and competitive environment and demonstrated knowledge of current market conditions, factors impacting business performance and competitor performance & products.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and strong written and concise communication skills
• Bachelor Degree qualifications in a Business/Commerce related field
• Industry Related studies- DFP and ADFP (desirable)
