Cowden Limited are a leading WA based Insurance Brokerage. On offer is an excellent opportunity & working environment from our West Perth office.
We are looking for an appropriately qualified and experienced person to work with and support a Senior Account Executive over a wide-ranging client base.
The position will involve;
- negotiating and following up terms with insurers
- preparing renewals for invoicing
- utilising insurer quote systems
- premium calculations (including workers' compensation adjustments)
- preparation of endorsements
- claim Lodgement and follow up
- response to client and underwriter enquiries
- preparation of quote slips
- processing and electronic filing
- and provide a first-class service to clients.
Experience in general insurance broking is essential. Tier 1 or Tier 2 is a minimum requirement. The ability to use Microsoft Office software as well as insurer systems such as Sunrise, SVU and C-Change to a reasonable level will be required.
Good time management and organisation skills are essential for this permanent part time position which is for three working days ideally Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
