It is rare to come across an opportunity of this nature.  It will require a senior strategic Liability Claims Manager who is interested in creating a culture of continuous improvement backed by a blue-chip global brand with a reputation for innovation, high caliber people, and considerable financial resources.
  
We are interested in talking to candidates with a strong track record in managing complex Liability Claims and have proven leadership experience.  You will also have a customer focused mindset and be able to successfully empower and develop team members.  This hands-on management role, will entail having to manage a Liability Claims team and act as the technical referral point for complex matters across the country as well as provide insights into emerging risks and trends.  You will be a dynamic self-starter, likely to have earned your stripes in a large corporate insurer and have an ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
