Petplan Australasia is seeking a claims assistant to join our company, which provides pet insurance to people across Australia and New Zealand. Taking inbound customer calls, making outbound calls and providing our clients with first class customer service. We are looking for people who are excited to join our fast growing business.
Key responsibilities
- Proactive management of claims in an efficient, fair and timely manner
- Apply knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, regulations and internal policy and procedures to manage claims lifecycle
- Maintain and support relationships with customers including, internal and external stake holders
Experience and skills:
- Recovery experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service
- Previous experience in managing claims is advantageous
