The Role
Our client is a growing multinational brokerage, with an opportunity for a ambitious, polished and technical broker to join the team. You will have a background in general lines, and the opportunity to be cross trained in financial lines. Here you will be handling a significant portfolio of Mid-Market and corporate accounts, with some exciting ASX listed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters
- Attend client meetings
- Board presentations
- Implement broking and placement strategy
- Business development
Key Requirements:
- Tier 1 Qualification
- 3-5 years+ experience
- Excellent business acumen
- Ability to deal at 'board level'
- Excellent communication, organisational & time management skills
- A self-starter who is flexible and adaptive
