Located in our modern Sydney CBD office, we have full-time permanent opportunities for experienced Motor Vehicle Claims Consultants. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care to third parties, managing the repair process from end to end, across Australia & New Zealand.

We are looking for caring, dedicated people who will always deliver best outcomes for all relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated motor claims experience 
• Exceptional communication skills
• A proactive approach and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A high attention to detail
• The capacity to thrive in an environment which promotes accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
• Experience using a variety of systems and software packages
• Customer service experience is also essential

We are looking for people with:

• Minimum 2 years experience within a motor claims/customer service role
• A real passion for exceeding customer expectations every time
• High level communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
