Overview of the Role
Join an Australian Life Insurance company that will give you exposure to core industry processes. Interview immediately and get the chance to further develop your Valuations skills.
Work closely within a team environment with the primary end to end responsibility for the valuation of various Life Insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Review reasonableness of output of technical work and apply judgement
- Assist in delivering key actuarial inputs
- Maintain and enhance current actuarial valuation processes
- Relay and communicate results to key stakeholders
- Proficiency in actuarial projection systems (eg; Prophet would be preferred)
Skills and Experience
- Actuarial experience within Life Insurance in necessary
- Progressing with actuarial exams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate key concepts effectively and concisely
- Prior experience of valuation processes is desired but not necessary
