About us / The Company
Work Health Options (WHO) provide a professional broking, claims and risk management service to assist employers in the dynamic workers compensation environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join the WHO team, providing claims management support nationally.
The Role
- Full-time position based in Norwest Business Park
- Providing our National Workers Compensation Broking team with claims management, assisting our clients with their claims. This support would include, but is not limited to:-
- Proactively manage ongoing assessment of claims
- Attend case conferences
- Liaising with all relevant third parties i.e. client, injured worker, Doctor etc
- Follow up strategic claims reviews
- Compiling claim reports for brokers and/or clients
- Co-ordinate and attend National review meetings
The perfect candidate will have:
- Minimum 2.5 years NSW workers compensation high risk case management experience, National experience desired
- Return to Work and/or case conference experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Work autonomously and within a team
- Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines, with exceptional time management skills
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office
