The Job:

To make sure we leave a lasting impression, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated DUTY MANAGER to join our team at HOYTS EASTGARDENS part-time to help incite passion in our crew members through strong leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting directly to the Location Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the brand and concepts to life, and managing all aspects of the day to day operations. This role will be responsible for developing service operations and leading the team on shift to deliver the best experience to every guest. This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure while supporting a dynamic team.

You prefer to lead by example and love being hands-on, delivering a first-class guest experience. You’ll also be able to evaluate the numbers to understand trends in your business and act quickly to improve short-falls and celebrate the wins. You’re known for your abilities to plan, organise and multi-task, and stay calm and confident under pressure.

What you’ll need:

• Previous leadership experience in a similar environment
• Proven ability setting, articulating and exceeding KPI targets through engaging, training and empowering the team
• Energy, initiative, positivity and resilience with a keen focus on motivating others
• An outgoing personality with a real drive for exceeding guest experiences
• Outstanding communication and presentation
• RSA certified
• Understanding of compliance, food safety and risk mitigation
• Ability to work weekends and evenings is a must
