We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef that will bring an element of fun and excitement to the menu. Working closely with the venue Head Chef and Group Executive Chef, we want you to share in the leading of the kitchen team. You will be provided with the support required to be successful in your role whilst being able to work with a level of autonomy.

- Proven ability to drive amazing team comradery while maintaining your passion for on-trend cuisines.
- Capability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly varying environment.
- Of course, exceptional knowledge of food management systems across all levels and reliance to exceed all expectations, including stock control, menu planning, staff retention, staff training, kitchen cleanliness and more!
