Located 20min North of Melbourne's CBD, you will be working in a state of the art venue that offers more than just food for all patrons. Progression is key to this role and the client is looking for someone to use this role as a stepping stone in their career within the company. You will be given every opportunity to grow and develop your skill set. Highly volume in al a carte dining, functions and bistro. 

As any Chef de Partie you are expected to have a sound understanding of all kitchen operations - section ordering, stock takes, staff management, understanding current trends and most of all being a trust source for you Exec Chef & Sous Chef.

You will be required to be flexible, working a rotating roster with a mix of days, night and weekend. You will be working in a large team so it is preferred you have a firm communication style with the ability to take instructions with ease.
