Position
We are interested to hear from Senior Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie / Demi Chef to join our dedicated Pastry and Bakery team of culinary professionals. Choosing the right team is paramount to our success, and we want Colleagues that are passionate and driven to be part of the best resort in Australia.
Dining at our resort
Located in the Homestead, our dining room offers an elegant yet stylish ambience to enjoy Breakfast and Dinner. The spacious restaurant opens onto a stunning veranda with panoramic valley views surrounded by steep escarpments.
The Country Kitchen is the ideal choice for lunch or an afternoon snack. Located in the main homestead, our guests tantalise their taste buds with the scent of freshly baked artisan bread and house-roasted coffee.
